Hong Kong's CK Hutchison is vowing legal action after the Panama's Supreme Court annulled its contracts to operate two container ports on the Panama Canal.
In a statement by the conglomerate, it said it remains in consultation with its legal counsel to pursue all available legal options to defend its interests, including legal proceedings against the Republic of Panama
Meanwhile, the company said it has also warned A.P. Moller -- Maersk, that any steps to assume the administration or operation of the two ports, without its agreement will result in legal recourse.
