An nationwide blackout hits Cuba, affecting 10 million people amidst an ongoing fuel and energy crisis ongoing since January.

Cuba's fuel shortage began in January after US President Donald Trump threatened tariffs on any country that sells or provides oil to the island.
Public transportation has largely been halted, and hospitals have reportedly cancelled tens of thousands of surgeries.
The government has been rationing power with intentional outages that can last up to 24 consecutive hours.
