Mainland university subsidy scheme applications open for HK students

Applications are open for the mainland university study subsidy scheme for Hong Kong students who sat the Diploma of Secondary Education Examinations and aim to pursue undergraduate programmes in the Chinese Mainland in the new academic year.

Depending on the institutions' distance from Hong Kong and type of financial assistance, subsidies range from 5,900 to 19,400 dollars.

Eligible students should submit their applications to the Education Bureau no later than September 21.
