HKO to downgrade T8 to T3 at 12:40pm; 9 injured amid Noul

The No.8 Gale or Storm signal has replaced the No. 9 signal at 7.10 a.m. The Hong Kong Observatory will consider downgrading the T8 signal to Strong Wind Signal No. 3 at 12:40 pm.

At least 9 people were injured during the storm with 116 reports of fallen trees.

The Airport Authority says around 350 flights have been cancelled today.
