Bosnian Serb warlord Ratko Mladic dies at 84

Ex-Bosnian Serb warlord Ratko Mladic, who was convicted of atrocities during the Bosnian War in the 1990s, dies in a United Nations hospital at the age of 84.
Serbian state television and Bosnian Serb media reported Mladic's death during his imprisonment in The Hague, Netherlands.
The Bosnian Serb general was sentenced to life in prison in 2017 for war crimes including the notorious Srebrenica Massacre in 1995, which saw the execution of over 8,000 Muslim men and boys.
Mladic was a key figure in the Balkan conflict that led to more than 100,000 deaths.
