Demonstrations for and against immigration in UK's Portsmouth

Anti-immigration protesters gathered in the English city of Portsmouth on Saturday.

The protesters gathered outside Portsmouth Guildhall for the South Coast Patriots march.

Counter-protesters led by Stand Up to Racism were also present, as police separated the two demonstrations.

Two men and a teenage boy were arrested at the protest on Saturday, according to Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary.

The force used powers under the Crime and Policing Act to restrict face coverings during the protest.
