Scenic views of Tamarisks along the Tarim River in Xinjiang

Tamarisks are drought-resistant and salt-tolerant, making them characteristic shrub tree species of the northwest desert environment. Between July and September, they bloom along the banks of the Tarim River in Xinjiang, making it the most scenic time of the year.
