Chief Executive says Northern Metropolis can improve livelihoods

Chief Executive John Lee says on a phone-in programme that the Northern Metropolis is a project that will enhance people's livelihoods. Lee delivered Hong Kong's first Five-Year plan and his final Policy Address on Wednesday.

Chief Executive John Lee says "Northern Metropolis represents one-third of our geographical area, so it is a big piece of land that gives us new opportunities. Opportunities to upgrade ourselves, both from accommodation angle and development angle."
