President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that Russian forces are preparing
an impending massive attack on Ukraine and warned residents to take special care
as Russian strikes in different regions have killed at least six people.
President Zelenskyy said Saturday that Ukraine had reached agreements
with its Western partners, including the United States, to increase pressure on Russia.
He said that "the United States and all partners in Europe in the
Group of Seven equally assess the situation and are ready
to support Ukraine in the future."
He also criticised Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko
over relay equipment on the border with Ukraine that he claimed
was being used to guide Russian drone attacks.
This as at least one person was killed and six others,
including a child, were injured after Russian guided bombs
slammed Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city.
Footage from Kharkiv Regional State Emergency Service
of Ukraine showed evacuations of injured people and a body
being pulled from the rubble hours after the attack.
Russian KAB bombs slammed into a low-rise apartment block
in the city's Kholodnohirskyy district in the early hours of
Saturday.
The head of the regional administration said at least nine people
had been injured, of whom five had to be hospitalised.
