Vietnam boat accident; captain arrested

Vietnam police have arrested the captain of a sightseeing speedboat that capsized near Phu Quoc, on suspicion of violating maritime transport safety rules.

The boat was carrying 32 Indian tourists and four Vietnamese crew members.

15 Indian tourists were killed, and the bodies will be sent back to India after formalities are completed.
