3 men rounded up over alleged drug trafficking

Police have arrested 3 men on suspicion of trafficking in dangerous drugs and seized a variety of suspected narcotics, with a total estimate of about 30.5 million HKD.

The drugs seized in the operation include cocaine, ketamine, methaphetamine, and ecstasy.

On Thursday, police raided four drug storage sites in Causeway Bay, Kwai Chung, To Kwa Wan and Fanling.

The drugs were found in hotel rooms, residential premises, industrial buildings and village houses.

The three arrested men, aged 25 to 38, consist of one local resident and two individuals holding mainland identification documents. They have been formally charged and are scheduled to appear in Eastern District Tuen Mun, and Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts on Saturday.
