The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department said it has prosecuted a non-permitted restaurant in Tsuen Wan after dogs were found on the premises about a week after the new dog-entry rules took effect.
The department said it has also carried out more than 780 inspections of non-permitted food premises and issued 10 verbal warnings, while conducting about 7,500 inspections of permitted food premises and issuing warning letters to two repeatedly non-compliant licensees.
