HK’s compulsory winding-up petitions hit 21-year high in June

Data from the Official Receiver's Office showed compulsory winding-up petitions rose by 26 month on month to 97 in June, matching the highest level since June 2005.

In the same month, bankruptcy petitions rose by 96 to 824, while court-issued bankruptcy or receivership orders increased by 152 to 905.
