Man douses water on homeless person arrested

Police arrest a 29-year-old man after he allegedly doused cold water over a homeless person. Investigation suggests that the two had conflicts in the past.

The incident happened on Kun Yam Street, Hung Hom on Thursday, when a man suspectedly splashed cold water on a 75-year-old homeless woman.

The incident was captured and circulated online. After looking through CCTV, the police arrested the man in Hung Hom on Saturday afternoon.
