CE: HK's first five-year plan & Policy Address will be out on Sep 16

Chief Executive John Lee says the city's inaugural five-year plan and Policy Address will be unveiled on the same day on September 16.

Earlier, the city leader said the five-year blueprint will be the vehicle for the principle of people-based governance, and embraces economy, infrastructure, healthcare, education, and housing.
