The trial of Abby Choi's murder case in Lung Mei Village, Tai Po continues today.

The three defendants, including Abby Choi's ex-husband Alex Kwong, former father-in-law Kwong Kau, and former brother-in-law Anthony Kwong, are each charged with one count of murder and one count of obstructing lawful burial of a body.

Day 19 of the hearing, Choi's former personal driver testified. He said he was responsible for driving Choi's white seven-seater van, mainly to pick up and drop off her children from and to school. He revealed that the dashcam wiring in the car had once been disconnected, but after Alex Kwong reconnected it, only Alex Kwong could access the recording.

Choi's mother, Cheung Yin-fa, previously testified it was Choi's former mother-in-law Li Sui-heung who accused the driver of theft and persuaded her to hire Anthony Kwong as her driver. The driver denied this in court, saying no one had ever made such accusations against him during his tenure -- and it was Anthony Kwong at the time who claimed the whole family was travelling for two months and asked him to take unpaid leave, so he resigned voluntarily.
