Two people opened fire in a high school in central Philippines on Monday, killing 3 students and wounding another 5.
The fatal shooting took place at San Jose National High School in Tacloban City.
The two suspected shooters were armed with pistols, and were eventually taken into custody.
One is identified as a student at the school.
Police investigators are still trying to determine what sparked the shooting in the school with more than 1,500 students.
School shootings are relatively rare in the Philippines.
