Russian President Vladimir Putin commented Sunday on Ukrainian strikes on Russian fuel infrastructure.
In interview for Russian state media, Putin said that strikes had caused damage but affected facilities were repaired quickly and disruptions were not critical.
"Everything is functioning reliably and with a large safety margin," said Putin.
He also said the attacks, which he described as "terrorist attacks," had no impact on Russia's military operations or the frontline situation in Ukraine.
"All the strikes, no matter where they strike our infrastructure, have absolutely no impact on the situation at the front, on the line of contact," Putin added.
Russia faces a fuel shortage across the country as Ukraine has increased long-range attacks on Russian energy sites to cut Moscow's war revenue and pressure President Vladimir Putin.
This campaign aims to bring Putin to the negotiating table.
