Navy visit booking to reopen Tuesday afternoon

A People's Liberation Army Navy fleet, featuring the guided-missile destroyer Nanning and the guided-missile frigate Henyang, will visit Hong Kong for 5 days from this coming Thursday. Public open days and exchange activities are scheduled, but the first round of tickets are already all taken.

The WeChat account of PLA Garrison in Hong Kong opened slots for booking at 10am Tuesday. All time slots were booked within one minute.

The two navy ships will be open to the public at the Ngong Shuen Chau Naval Base on Saturday and Sunday, from 8:30 am till 5:30 pm.

Citizens can book the tickets using their Hong Kong identity cards, with a limit of one ticket per person. Each ticket holder may bring one child aged 11 or under. The next booking round will open from 3 pm and close at 8 pm on Tuesday.
