Man died after allegedly being attacked by friend in MK

A man died after allegedly being assaulted in Mong Kok.

It is understood that the victim sustained minor injuries to the head and limbs, but with no obvious knife wounds.

At Cheong Fai Mansion where the incident occurred, the police took away a man.

Police received a report over the case at around 3 p.m. that a man was attacked there.

The victim was reportedly one of the two friends visiting the caller's unit -- and was attacked by another friend by scissors.

When officers arrived at the scene, the victim was found unconscious -- and naked in the living room.

Drugs were found in the flat. The unconscious man was rushed to hospital and was later certified dead. The cause of his death is under further probes.
