Brawl at APM mall results in 2 women arrested

Two women got into a fight at the APM mall in Kwun Tong in the afternoon and were arrested.

Online footage shows a woman shoved and slapped a young girl.

The girl's mother stepped forward and pushed the woman away.

Police received a report around 5 pm and arrested the woman and the girl's mother on charges of assault as well as assault causing actual bodily harm.

It is understood that a 68-year-old woman was at the mall with her 34-year-old daughter and grandson.

During the altercation, the grandson got into an argument with a 5-year-old girl, and the 68-year-old attacked the girl.

Another 34-year-old woman who is the mother of the girl then assaulted the daughter of the 68-year-old.

Both the girl and the 34-year-old daughter of the 68-year-old were sent to United Christian Hospital for treatment.
