Police arrest 15 people on suspicion of conspiring to defraud after they allegedly helped people cheat in insurance exams.
Police received a referral from the Insurance Authority early this year. Investigation shows that a local syndicate provides a one-stop service to help candidates cheat in the Fellow, Life Management Institute examination.
After investigation, the force on Thursday raided the syndicate's Kwun Tong office and arrested six men and nine women. The force says the group assisted at least 250 people.
