Enhanced rental grant of $300,000 for Wang Fuk Court owners

The government announces a two-year rental grant of 300,000 dollars per unit will be allocated from the support fund to Wang Fuk Court owners. The aim is to help them rebuild their long-term homes with greater flexibility.

Owners are qualified for the grant regardless of the option arrangement plan they choose under the government's long-term housing. The grant will last until December 21, 2027.
