Located within the restricted area of fire-ravaged Wang Fuk Court, Tai Po Baptist Public School began using its new campus at Fu Shin Estate.
The Education Bureau had earlier arranged for the school to move to the vacant school premises in Tai Po.
After renovation, an opening ceremony and an open day were held today.
Apart from the flag-raising ceremony, a pastor led the whole school in prayer.
Secretary for Education Christine Choi says there will be more support including educational psychologists to assist staff and students.
Renovation works include replacing electrical, air-conditioning systems and lifts.
The bureau says around 43.6 million dollars had been earmarked for campus refurbishment with a one-off grant of 1 million dollars reserved to support the school in procuring equipment.
