Israeli lawmaker advocates killing “30 to 40 every night” in Gaza

An Israeli lawmaker in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's coalition publicly advocates for killing in Gaza each night as reports of Palestinian Americans defending their homes from Israeli settlers in the West Bank surfaces.

This after comments from Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir made during a podcast came to light in the wider Palestinian media where he advocates for the killing of people who did not pose immediate threat.

He says, "I think targeted assassinations should be carried out in Gaza, taking down 30 to 40 every night. Not just those who pose an immediate threat - there are people there who are not worthy of life. They shouldn't live. They're not even people."
