Tai Po fire owners must return Letter of Acceptance by Monday

Wang Fuk Court owners must return

their Letter of Acceptance to the government before 5pm today

if they wish to sell their units to the government.

The government says owners may hand over the signed letter

to their designated Engagement Team member at or before 5pm,

or submit it with the return envelope

enclosed with the "Letter of Offer" by post

to the Housing Authority Headquarters.

As of Sunday noon, a total of 1,939 households submitted the letter,

while 1,541 owners signed the sale and purchase agreement.

More than 40 units have not responded.
