The trial for Abby Choi's murder case is scheduled to take place in High Court on Monday.
The judiciary website shows that the proceedings will start at 9:30am and will be handled by deputy high court judge Keith Yeung. The trial is expected to last for 45 days, and a jury will be presented.
Three defendants, Choi's ex-husband, ex-brother-in-law and ex-father-in-law, are each charged with a count of murder. Prosecution says the three were suspected of killing Choi in a Tai Po village in February 2023. They are also charged with preventing the lawful burial of a body.
