Wang Fuk Court gov property rights deadline

The government's acquisition of property rights at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po reaches its final deadline at 5pm on Monday.

Until Sunday noon, 97.7% of owners, which is 1,939 households, returned acceptance letter, with 77.7% already signing the sale and purchase agreements.

Remaining owners can submit their letter of acceptance before the deadline.

Owners could either submit the letter directly to an Engagement Team team member or to Hong Kong Housing Authority Headquarters at Ho Man Tin, either by post or in person.

If sent by post or courier, it is important to ensure the documents arrives before deadline.
